What we collect
At signup we collect contact details, company names, billing identifiers from Stripe, and the query parameters you used to reach the signup page. During service we process search evidence, analytics exports you provide, and operational logs.
How we use it
We use this information to run captures, produce reports, bill your subscription, and support your account. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Evidence packets and reports are retained for the life of the subscription and a reasonable period afterward for audit and continuity, unless you request deletion where law allows.
Processors
We use Stripe for payments and cloud hosts (for example Vercel) to serve this site. Their policies apply to payment card data.
