Service
Search Visibility Intelligence ("SVI") is a subscription monitoring service operated by Symph. SVI captures evidence from Google Search, Google Maps local results, and selected AI answer surfaces, then delivers periodic reports and ranked recommendations. SVI does not publish changes to your website, ads, or business listings unless you separately engage Symph for execution work.
Fees and billing
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Prices are set at checkout for your pricing tier (direct or reseller). You authorize Symph to charge the payment method on file through Stripe. Test-mode charges may apply in non-production environments.
Access and data
You agree to provide read-only access or exports for Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Ads when applicable, and to keep business name, address, and phone consistent across properties you ask us to monitor. You represent that you have authority to share access for the end-user business named at signup.
Acceptable use
Do not use SVI to scrape or attack third-party systems, misrepresent your identity, or resell raw capture artifacts outside your organization without written permission from Symph.
Limitation of liability
SVI reports are evidence-based opinions, not guarantees of rankings, traffic, or revenue. Symph's liability is limited to fees paid in the three months before a claim.
